Saving All My Bros invites you to join us for the Saving All My Bros: Steps for Peace 5K Walk, a community-centered event created to bring people together in the fight against gun violence.
This is more than a walk. This is a public stand for peace, healing, remembrance, and change. Every step represents a life that mattered, a family that still grieves, and a community that refuses to give up.
Whether you are walking in honor of a loved one, supporting someone impacted by violence, or simply standing with us for a safer future, your presence matters.

How to Register
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form
Please complete the registration form with your name, phone number, zip code, registration type, and any optional tribute information you would like to share.
If you are registering as a 5K Walk participant, your T-shirt size is required. Please include your T-shirt size in the comment box so your shirt can be prepared for the day of the event.
Vendors and nonprofit vendors should also include their business or organization name.
Step 2: Submit Your Donation
After completing the form, please submit your donation using the payment instructions provided on this page.
Your registration, vendor space, or nonprofit vendor space is not complete until both the form and donation have been received.
Step 3: Confirmation
Once your form and donation are received, a member of the event team may contact you if any additional information is needed.

Participant Information
Participants in the Saving All My Bros: Steps for Peace 5K Walk will receive entry into the walk and one official event T-shirt.
Participants must provide their T-shirt size in the comment box when submitting the registration form. T-shirt size information is required so shirts can be prepared in advance and ready for pickup on the day of the event.
Participants are encouraged to arrive prepared for a community walk, dress comfortably, stay hydrated, and follow all event instructions provided by organizers, volunteers, or event staff.
Participants may also choose to submit the name or story of a loved one, survivor, or person impacted by gun violence as part of the tribute portion of this event.
Vendor Information
Saving All My Bros welcomes vendors and nonprofit organizations who want to support this community-centered movement for peace, healing, and awareness.
Vendor participation includes one 10×10 vendor space at the event and mentions in event marketing.
Vendor Submission Deadline
The last day to submit a vendor or nonprofit vendor registration is:
July 15
Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This deadline is subject to change based on event availability and may close earlier if all vendor spaces are filled before July 15.
Vendor or nonprofit vendor participation is not confirmed until both the registration form and donation have been received and approved by Saving All My Bros.
Vendor Setup Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, tent, signage, supplies, products, materials, and any equipment needed for their setup unless otherwise stated by Saving All My Bros.
Vendor spaces may be assigned based on event layout, availability, safety needs, and organizer discretion.
Saving All My Bros reserves the right to approve or deny vendor participation to ensure that all vendors align with the purpose, safety, and family-friendly nature of the event.
Vendor Alcohol Policy
To help maintain a safe, family-friendly, and community-centered environment, no alcoholic beverages may be sold, distributed, promoted, sampled, or consumed by vendors at this event.
Vendors are not permitted to sell or provide beer, wine, liquor, mixed drinks, alcoholic products, or any beverage containing alcohol.
Saving All My Bros reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates this policy or brings items that are inconsistent with the purpose, safety, or family-friendly nature of the event.

Donation and Refund Policy
All participant, vendor, and nonprofit vendor payments are considered donations to support the Saving All My Bros mission, event costs, community outreach, violence prevention efforts, awareness campaigns, fundraising efforts, and future initiatives.
All donations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, schedule conflicts, denial of vendor participation, removal from the event, or any other reason.
Submitting a donation does not create ownership, employment, partnership, sponsorship rights, exclusive vendor rights, or decision-making rights in the event or organization.
Vendor and nonprofit vendor donations secure participation space only after approval and confirmation by Saving All My Bros.
General Liability Waiver and Release
By submitting this form, making a donation, attending, participating, walking, volunteering, vending, or otherwise taking part in the Saving All My Bros: Steps for Peace 5K Walk, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:
I understand that participation in a 5K walk, community event, vendor event, outdoor activity, or related event activity involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, dehydration, heat exhaustion, fainting, falls, contact with other participants, medical emergencies, property loss, property damage, or death.
I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, conduct, physical condition, personal belongings, property, guests, employees, volunteers, representatives, vendor materials, products, equipment, and setup.
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified medical professional before participating if I have any medical condition, health concern, physical limitation, or uncertainty about my ability to safely participate.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby fully release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Saving All My Bros, its directors, officers, board members, volunteers, representatives, partners, sponsors, vendors, event organizers, affiliates, property owners, venue operators, municipalities, employees, contractors, agents, and all other persons or entities connected to the event from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses, injuries, losses, liabilities, or legal claims of any kind arising out of or related to my attendance, participation, vendor activity, pet, property, conduct, or involvement in the event.
This release includes, but is not limited to, claims related to injury, illness, medical emergency, permanent disability, death, property damage, lost or stolen property, negligence, accident, vendor setup, vendor products, pet-related incidents, or any condition occurring before, during, or after the event.
I understand and agree that I am participating at my own risk. I further understand that neither Saving All My Bros, the venue, sponsors, partners, organizers, volunteers, vendors, municipalities, nor any affiliated individuals or organizations shall be held responsible or legally liable for any injury, illness, emergency, loss, damage, incident, or death that may occur as a result of my participation or attendance.
I agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, posted guidelines, and directions provided by event staff, volunteers, security, or organizers. I understand that failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
By submitting this registration form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
Media, Photography, and Publicity Release
By participating in this event as a walker, guest, vendor, nonprofit vendor, volunteer, or attendee, I understand and agree that Saving All My Bros, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, or media representatives may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture images, video, audio, or likenesses during the event.
I grant Saving All My Bros permission to use my image, likeness, voice, name, business name, organization name, participation, vendor display, and event presence in photographs, videos, social media posts, websites, promotional materials, printed materials, fundraising materials, news coverage, and future marketing related to this event and the organization’s mission.
I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of any such photos, videos, recordings, or promotional materials.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at the Saving All My Bros: Steps for Peace 5K Walk, but pet owners are fully responsible for their pets at all times.
By bringing a pet to the event, I understand and agree that:
All pets must remain on a leash at all times.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pets under control and away from situations that may create a safety concern.
Pet owners are responsible for any injury, damage, incident, or disturbance caused by their pet.
Because this event may include children, families, vendors, volunteers, walkers, and large crowds, all pet owners must use good judgment and make sure their pets are safe, properly restrained, and appropriate for a public community event.
Tribute Story Submission
As part of this event, Saving All My Bros is giving participants and community members the opportunity to honor individuals whose lives have been impacted by gun violence.

A story of healing, survival, remembrance, or hope
By submitting a story, name, memory, tribute, or personal statement through this form, I confirm that the story was written by me and that I have the right to share it.
I give Saving All My Bros permission to use, publish, edit for length or clarity, display, and share the submitted story, name, tribute, or related information as part of this event and its broader mission.

Future Saving All My Bros events and initiatives
I understand that submitted stories may be used to raise awareness, honor victims and survivors, support violence prevention efforts, collect community impact data, and help strengthen future fundraising efforts.
I also understand that submitting a story does not guarantee that it will be published, displayed, or used publicly.
By submitting a story, I grant Saving All My Bros permission to use the submitted content publicly and organizationally in connection with its mission, campaigns, fundraising, marketing, reporting, and future initiatives.
